Minister Nathaniel Alan Himmons

 

A native of the City of Brotherly Love, Minister Himmons accepted his call to ministry in 2016. Minister Himmons serves as an Associate Minister at Bethany Baptist located in Chester, PA under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Curtis D. Morris, Senior Pastor. He is a community activist and a member of the Epsilon Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
As commanded in Matthew 28:19-20, Minister Himmons’ aim in ministry is to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”.
A graduate of Widener University, Minister Himmons earned both a Bachelor in Computer Science and a Master in Engineering, specializing in Engineering Management. Currently, Minister Himmons is pursuing a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union located in Richmond, Virginia. Upon completion in May 2019, Minister Himmons intends to pursue a PhD in Theological studies.
In addition to preaching and teaching the gospel and engaging in community outreach initiatives in service to the Kingdom, Minister Himmons is an avid reader and enjoys traveling and playing golf.
